For a wide range of applications requiring a secure, permanent packoff for capillary and well injection, Double E offers the Cap King™ line, which includes:
* 5K Cap King (threaded or flanged connection) — 5,000 psi working pressure, 10,000 psi test pressure
* 5K Cap King (dual packoff) — 5,000 psi working pressure, 10,000 psi test pressure
* 10K Cap King (dual packoff) — 10,000 psi working pressure, 15,000 psi test pressure
For the added security of a top-mounted BOP for your capillary tubing system, Double E has developed:
* 5K Cap King (BOP connection) — 5,000 psi working pressure, 10,000 psi test pressure
* 10K Cap King (BOP connection) — 10,000 psi working pressure, 15,000 psi test pressure
* Cap King BOP — 10,000 psi working pressure, 15,000 psi
The 5K Cap King is available with a standard threaded connection. To meet the requirements of many operating companies, Double E also offers a 5K Cap King with a flanged connection. For higher pressure wells, the Dual 10K Cap King offers both a manual and hydraulic packoff design for added security, along with a flanged connection.
Double E also offers the 5K Cap King Tandem Extension. Easily added to a standard 5K Cap King via threaded connection, the 5K Cap King Tandem Extension is designed to provide the protection of a dual-barrier packoff system.
All Cap King models can close on standard diameter tubing sizes. Designed with an integrated hangar, the Cap King offers an economic and reliable means of suspending capillary tubing while also retaining well pressures. All models are rated for H2S service.
