Sucker Rod Stripper

While not a pressure-containing device, the Double E adjustable Sucker Rod Stripper performs a useful function when pulling or running rods or pipe. Its efficient variable packing can strip oil and paraffin from virtually any size rod or piping. The stripping action not only promotes a cleaner and safer working environment but saves time and money during pulling operations.

The stripper is made of durable ductile iron and weighs 63 pounds. It’s 9-1⁄2 inches high, has a minimum bore of 2-9⁄16 inches, and a 3-1⁄2 inch (OD) LP thread size (adapters can be specified for alternate thread sizes).

Also available: a pre-installed “rod table” for added convenience. We’ve added this option in response to popular demand, saving Double E customers the time and trouble of welding up a rod table themselves. Call for details.
